Hey Mr. Kelly. how have you been. We hope this page works cause it's been giving me some trouble. It's kinda pissing me off. but anyways. THis is about Huck Finn and our Comment upon it.

THAT CRAZY CRAZY RIVER
|
|
In Huck Finn the river was used to give a feeling for Huck's coming of age periods. It's on the river that Huck loosens up and feels truly free to be himself and to actually grow. on the land he feels very constricted and doesn't really like life on the land. on the land he must abide by the social restrictions and expectations that have been place on him, but on the river he can do whatever he pleases. and Huck enjoys that.

PERSONALITY LIKE NOTHING ELSE

Huck Finn has a very different personality. he is a free thinker and thinks quite indeptly about everything that he is told. although he grew up in the deep south backwoods he still knows inside of him that slavery is wrong. no one told him this it's just a knowledge that he had. When the widow told him about heaven and hell he wanted to go to heaven because the widow made it sound soo nice. but he still rolled it around in his head. huck is a very practicle person. he doesn't like playing jokes on people and when he does they end up going terribly wrong. he is a very kind person and always gives people a chance when he first meets them. and even if he doesn't like a person he will still be kind to them. huck finn is most deffinatly someone who i would want to hang out with.
